Possibly one of the buggiest and most unstable disc builds we have ever tested.
Framerate is terrible, pop in is so bad that often times you'll have to stand in place for 30+ seconds to wait for interiors to load in otherwise you'll fall through the floor, and bugs that are so frequent that it's basically impossible to go even one minute without something going wrong.
It is still completely possible to finish the game unpatched, although it is highly reccomended to not even attempt it unless you want an extreme patience test. The unpatched version does at least contain a few things that were cut from the final game, such as more vendors, a fully interactive 3D map, and the ability to inspect items in your inventory, however most of those features are completely broken and unfinished.
