Game is completely online only and you will not be able to proceed past the title screen offline. The game does have slightly different looking error messages depending on if you are using a local account or PSN account but the results are still the same.

Disc contains version 1.00 (in game displays version 1.0.0.39988) and has 42gb of data on the disc. Latest update at the time of testing (1.07) is about 10gb. Post launch updates will likely be bigger.
