(PEGI - Standard, Revision 000)
Three playthroughs from separate testers with almost identical findings.
Motion blur adjustment is missing which may be uncomfortable.
Graphics Mode is stable but Framerate Mode slightly less.
All side quests and hunts completed. Level 50 cap reached.
In the Arete Stone you can unlock other modes:
- Training (perform combo and moves against dummy enemies)
- Arcade mode (classic action\stylish fights in the main dungeons of the story - you can disable the cutscenes)
- Replay story parts (with cutscenes and rewards)
- Chronolith trials (challenges against hordes of randomly enemies with time limit, unlocked after you found these in the story maps)
The change appearence mode is not on disc, but available after the patch.
v1.000.000 is perfectly playable.
Disc/Spine ID: PPSA-10665
Playthrough in Graphics mode:
Noticable frame drops in very busy cutscenes. Mostly fine, only during the first Esper/Eikon fight and a late-game cutscene the dips are very strong.
Noticable, yet insignificant frame drops during combat.
Occasional lip sync issues.
Noticable, yet insignificant pop-in of geometry and foliage in the distance. Also, enemy animations in the distance update at a lower rate. Both "issues" are likely done for performance enhancement.
A few minor fails in logic/directing, but you hardly notice. E.g., Gav is leaving a scene to the left of the screen and when resuming control of Clive to look at the area there is only a wall with nowhere to go in that direction.
A fourth report encountered bad fps drops when changing tabs in the pause menu.
A fifth playthrough (performance mode) noted the following:
Main game finished with no freeze and bugs, many secondary missions completed.
