Kinda buggy game both without and with the patch (At the time of testing)
Bugs can include NPCs spawning in from the sky in front of you, clipping issues, issues with world shadows, game crashes, freezes and more.
Issues with quest progressions requiring a game restart also occurred a couple times.
Some have also reported visual issues that can render it unplayable for some. (This was tested after 25 hours of play and completing all the story except the last mission. Tons of side content was also played)
