Test Notes:

* Runs at 60 FPS.

* Numerous waterfalls in the background had a texture seam and tearing.

* When activating a Demon Alter the character turned invisible. This only occurred during one attempt and did not occur again. After activating the demon alter and leaving it the alter will stay in the position as if the player is currently inside it. When using Demon Alters for specific platforming sequences, exiting out of the structure would often retain the "wrapped up" animation almost like Kenji Mozu was still inside despite being able to freely walk away or re-activate it without issue. When approaching Demon Alters, dimensional platforms are briefly visible before disappearing. Minor frame slowdown was noticeable in select moments when Kumori completes these dimensional segments with her unsummon animation, especially when a bunch of enemies are also present on screen.

* During Chapter 3-3, during a Demon Altar event, you must use a cannon to destroy a ceiling. After that occurs the water effect that appears on screen causes the frame rate to drop.

* During the side-area for the 'Triple Scarab' collectible in "Secret Ops S-3: Mountain Trail", one attempt encountered a glitch where Kumori never appeared despite the Demon Alter being active. The camera was able to move cleanly across part of the segment without any hurdles before Kumori's unseen dimensional timer ran out. Subsequent tries didn't reproduce the problem.

* After using a cannon to open the first major cascade in "3-3: Ancient Pirate Cave," dropping down onto the first waterfall platform had two horizontal, "wrapped up" Demon Alters hanging off each wall like placeholders. They didn't appear to be functional in any form.

* Upon confronting the first circular saw in "3-5: Construction Site" after the full-screen hazard gauntlet, the blade was completely frozen even though it was still sliding back-&-forth with sparks. The next saw was running as normal & the aforementioned blade appeared to be operating without trouble upon revisiting it. The same oddity surfaced again during a later play-through.

* In response to the previous report, the invisible hazard during the final boss that can rarely appear seems to be an early hit-box for the dart-throwing arms that pop-up from the ground. It only appeared once across five-to-ten attempts.

* Also following up on the same report, the 'fast-forward' text in the end credits was fine across multiple speeds at the end of two play-throughs. However, before using the setting in the first go-around, the music abruptly stopped close to the section for the 'trailer' department. A tentative version of the game logo, subtitled "Bladewalker," also appears at the start & the name is shared with a trophy for completing Act 3 as a side reference.

* During a second play-through on 'Hard' mode with "Assist Mode" settings, a soft-lock was encountered upon beating "3-2: A Perilous Descent." Not exactly sure what triggered it, but a 'Ragebound' attack was used to finish the respective boss fight & the player tried to skip subsequent cut-scenes as quickly as possible. It lead to the cinematic P.O.V. bit with the merchant talking directly with the protagonists, but instead of being able to skip texts, it sounds like the boss arena was still active underneath as effects for attacks, jumps & falling into water hazards could be heard. After seemingly dying off-screen, it would simply loop the start of the same cut-scene again with the hidden game-play. Closing the game app fixed the issue with progress saved on the level map at the cost of seeing the rest of the story for that portion outside of replaying again for the sake of it.

* In the previously mentioned play-through with "Assist Mode," the player was able to ascend the chained waterfall platforms so fast in "3-3: Ancient Pirate Cave" that Kenji Mozu jumped through the spiked hazards on the ceiling which lead to the character dying off-screen similar to a pitfall. It simply lead to the character respawning at the previous shrine checkpoint.

* Occasionally the platforms used inside the demon alters can briefly be seen before entering until they disappear. Unsure if this is intentional or not.

* During the final boss fight, on the far left side of the arena, there was an invisible object that can damage the player. Boss can be beaten while avoiding it.

* During the end credits the icon in the top right showing the speed of the credits was a jumble of symbols. During the credits the title was shown as Ninja Gaiden: Bladewalker. Possibly the original intended name of the game.

* All trophies earned unlocked properly.

Content Completed:

First playthrough: Main story completed. Majority of collectibles obtained. Majority of Secret Ops unlocked and completed.
Second playthrough: Beaten on default settings for the first play-through with 'Ending A'. For the second play-through, "Assist Mode" was used on 'Hard' difficulty to obtain "Ending B" & the "Endless Struggle" hidden level with both character variants. All trophies achieved for 100% platinum trophy status. All collectibles were found on the first play-through, including the "Secret Ops" side-missions, while the second session had most main missions collectibles obtained with the "Secret Ops" portion ignored in pursuit of the different conclusions.

※ Physical release includes a digital soundtrack code voucher & manual booklet. General tips: If you're missing a general item from the merchant shop, double-check to see whether a particular level has been cleared with a specific rank as some unlockable pieces are dependent on that factor. The game also keeps two separate save files for each difficulty mode through the main menu & using "Assist Mode" from 'Options' doesn't impact unlocking any trophies.
