The game was 100% complete in this playthrough.
When booting the game up, the player will be greeted with a "Sign-in to PlayStation Network" message, or a "Something went wrong" message, depending on whether or not the player's profile has an active PSN account. This pop-up is bypassable by hitting circle and refusing to connect.
"Accessibility mode" disables some flashing lights and images, but not all of them, so it is advised to proceed with caution if the player has a condition that could be triggered by flashes.
There's an unusual "Disable V-Sync" option in the Video settings, despite the game not having a 120hz mode. Disabling it seems to make inputs slightly more responsive, but it could be a placebo effect. It's up to the player to choose their preferred option.
There was a single occasion where we were teleported a few steps behind mid-game. Seems like a rare occurrence, but worth noting.
The game has a tendency to crash. It crashed three times during this entire playthrough. Seems uncommon enough, but it might ruin some runs.
No further issues.
