Includes version 1.0.4 on the cart. Includes Serious Sam HD The First Encounter, The Second Encounter, and 3 BFE along with The Legend of the Beast & Jewel of the Nile DLCs

The first and second encounters run fine however 3 BFE suffers from pretty much the same framerate problems that the Xbox 360 version suffered from (Even in performance mode), but the pop-in is way less extreme than it was in that version.

The Nintendo eShop page says the game has Local Wireless multiplayer however that doesn't seem to be the case. There is a network play option but it only seems to work via LAN, meaning you will need to be connected to a network to access it. This mode does work on a local account and does not require a NSO subscription to play. The game also supports up to 4 Player Split Screen.
