Version 1.0.0 on cart.
Game was completed on Normal, all 6 levels were beaten, and the entire game was beaten with 2 players.
Load times are a bit lengthy. The initial load sequence feels longer than others, but even loading into a level feels lengthier than it should be.
Another issue is minor slowdown. This only occurs a few times through an entire playthrough, and it is not super distracting. This seems to occur when there is a lot happening on screen.
There are several moments where the game seems to freeze for a second before it picks back up again. Only noticed this during the final boss.
Unfortunately, jumping feels really stiff. When pressing the jump button, the character doesn’t jump immediately. Instead, the character seems to jump a bit later after pressing the button. All other actions feel relatively responsive.
On the final level, one of the rooms did not load, and we got stuck unable to continue. We were able to run around, but no enemies appeared, hence there was nothing we could do. To fix the issue, we had to quit the level and start over again. This issue only occurred once, and we did play this level several times.
